Okay, I know you guys have probably answered this a million times but...
I can run my RAM at the 5/7 or 7/9 settings. I get a slightly better score on Sandra with 5/7. So logically, 5/7 would be a good thing for me, right? What are the bad things about running at 5/7? Will there be any stability issues? Anything else that I should be aware of?

Thanks
John

5-7 is advantageous at times and at different FSB. Sometimes there is no difference between 5-7 and 7-9 in momery scores. Trial and error or testing will give you your answer to what works best at a certain FSB. 5-7 will not hurt anything, your machine just won't boot if it can't use the 5-7 setting. Then you just go into the bios and set it back to 7-9.

I got an improvement with 5/7 when not overclocked but at 154FSB it didn't make any difference at all.

Same here CRC, I'm at 155 fsb 5-7 strong and there is no difference at all between 5-7 and 7-9.
