Cool

Hi,
just tried to push my 128 MB stick to its limit.
Brand: "M.tec", PC133, CL3
Chip: TMS3808B4E-6

Got the following max. result with Sandras Memtest:
427 ALU, 500 FPU!!!
Settings: 2-2-2 at 140 FSB!!!

Is there any reason left to buy a stick from Mushkin, Crucial, ...?
Could they even do better???

System:
CUSL2-C ...006, PIII 866

The big dif isn`t the score,it`s the capability of hiting 155-166fsb at that score you know.
Mine 475-555 @158 222 7,9
Can also do @166 332 but not tested for 322/222 anymore as I changed cpu.
BIG DIF.

Well, el-cheapo sticks might give you those numbers, but, there is more to memory quality than numbers.

If you value reliability and sure shot overclockability (222, 57 at 166MHz), go with Mushkin.

As the drug dealer in Pulp Fiction says "When you smoke it, you'll know where the money went..."

... and through the smoke, you shall hear - "Mushkin Rules!"...
