OCZ sales support question

I assume OCZ sales support must have the ability to put some e-mails directly into junk mail. After not hearing from it for about four days after sending an e-mail about upgrading my memory, I sent another one. Still no response.

Maybe I am on the blackball list or something? Anyone had similar problems?

I love its memory and have had excellent results from its sales people with regard to exchanging some memory. I just wonder if there's some glitch I don't know about.

Appreciate it.
