Opterons & OCZ Memory... HELP.

Last week assembled one dual Opteron rig on a S2885 (Tyan Thunder K8W) with Corsair memory. Was a server.

Now I'm assembling my personal rig, who uses the same MB and only one (for the moment) 246 processor. Corsair mem is not available but I can get some OCZ memory.

Read that OCZ rates their memory with higher voltages rather than the 2.5volts stock that seems my MB supplies to DIMMs.

Memory is this:

Part No: O4001GELERDCK (2*512Mb DDR ECC/REG PC3200).

Anyone from OCZ can give me some light regarding this part no? Seems to be for A64 processors but don't know how react on my Motherboard. Not wanting to go with server 'spec' memory if possible (3-3-3-8 isn't my idea of high performing memory sticks vs. 2-3-2-6).
