Hi,I am bulding my first "from scratch" PC,and need some help with the memory...I have a P4P800D mobo, and an antec 1080 case, with 430 w true pwer psu.I am considering a 2.6C cpu,and would like to oc to 3.0-3.2 ghz, with stock cooling,as well as 5 case fans.Mushkin has a promo build of PC3200,cas 2-2-2,512 meg dimm, using bh5 chips, for 139.00.Would this (2X512) be good memory for the above outlined setup,or would you recomend something else?I would like to get 1 gig of ram,in the $300. range? Thanks guys,Been reading, and reading here, and all over, and the more I read, the more confused I get!I am ready to order this ram after work tommorow, and do not want to goof. Thanks for your help. |

| I have it (see sig) and it runs error free at 200/2226 on my P4P800D If you get a 2.4C, you can (almost garanteed) run it at 250, for a 5:4 RAM speed of 200/2226.

| I'm successfully running 2 x 512MB of the Level II PC3200 on my week old P4P800-D. I'm running it at 2-3-2-6, "PAT" enabled, 2.65V and have passed 36+ hrs of Memtest86 in this configuration with zero errors.
