| Possibly useful app? DocMemory SPD Reader. It can read the SPD info in memory sticks. BTW there's a LOT more data than just speed settings in there! I don't have a use for it but someone repairing computers might. It seems to work well but doesn't tell me anything I don't already know about my memory because I picked the memory out myself.
