| Hi, I have a Asus Cusl2-C motherboard. Right now I have 1 stick of 128Mb Mushkin Rev1.5 Sdram. I would like to get more, but I'm a little scared about it not working. I've seen alot of people crying about there 256Mb crusials not working. And I saw some for 67$, and thats a hard deal to pass up! Should I just get another 128MB from mushkin or 256MB from crucial? |

| A difficult choice...both work very well on this board. A stick of 256 does work better than 2 sticks of 128. If you do some checking on this board you'll find quite a loyalty to Mushkin here. Since you already have the stick of Mushkin it would sure be a waste to not use it. I have one sitting on the shelf, it wasn't compatable with the newer stick I bought. If your thinking of sticking with Mushkin you might want to call them first and make sure it works for you. If your stick is current, they may even exchange the 128 for a 256 and charge you the difference. Mushkins service is top notch - they'll work with you if they can. A lot of us here use them - it wouldn't hurt to mention this forum...

| Does anyone think I would have any problems putting another 128MB of Crusial? It's just so darn cheap! I don't think I'll ever need more than 256MB in my system ever. |

| you shouldn't have any problems adding a 128 RAM IS dirt cheap now, its kewl also, you may be surprised how quickly you might change your mind about 'never need more than 256MB' do some photo editing, or use photoshop a bit also, with next gen OS ie XtraPricey... they're recommending, or were anyway, 256MB to run the OS! that's foolish i think, but M$ is doin it..... just my 2c cryogen
