RAM: 168SDRAM, 184DDR, 184RDRAM, 240DDR2 ?? I'm confused!

I can't remember what "Good" ram is anymore. It's been awhile since I purchased ram. Look at my specs below. I've got a gig, but I want more. I currently have DDR ram, but should I get DDR2? Can my K8T800 board handle DDR2?

Furthermore, 168, 184, 240??? I'm so lost. Good, Better, Best? Someone help a guy out please.

Your motherboard only supports DDR (not DDR2).
