| If you own a CUSL2 [EDIT or -C, or -CB], go for unbuffered, no ECC, no parity, no whatsoever... Plain vanilla SDR SDRAM DIMMs, courtesy of i815xx chipsets. Avoid 512 megs and one-sided 256 megs sticks. At the same time, minimize the number of sticks and total sides you use if you care for 133MHz memory frequency. | they're right.. i had a nightmare when unknowingly picked up registered ecc ram... holy BSOD's batman....go with vanilla sdram..tho good stuph is highly recommended.... registered ecc stuph is great for VIA based boards, amd intels server boards..... when mine ran, it ran sweet..but not all the time heheh cryogen
