If you own a CUSL2 [EDIT or -C, or -CB], go for unbuffered, no ECC, no parity, no whatsoever... Plain vanilla SDR SDRAM DIMMs, courtesy of i815xx chipsets. Avoid 512 megs and one-sided 256 megs sticks. At the same time, minimize the number of sticks and total sides you use if you care for 133MHz memory frequency.
