I'm interested in getting Mushkin High Perf. RAM. Should I get Revision 2 or Revision 3?

I just checked Mushkin's site and they only have 128MB for Rev 3.

I'm oc-ing to around 140FSB only

Rev 3 (128 MB) is actually one side of Rev 2 (256 MB). It is the same PCB board, just one side of the stick is populated with memory banks (Infineon). Both will perform well at 140 FSB. It depends if you plan on putting 512 MB in your mobo for the future. I personally will go for the 256 MB Rev 2.

I was thinking of getting 256MB. Since the Rev. 3 only comes with 128MB then that's out. Should I get 2 sticks of 128MB Rev2 or 1 stick of 256MB Rev2. Are those single bank or double bank?

You mentioned that Mushkin uses Infineon Ram. I could find a particular brand where I am(Apacer) using the same Ram. So does that mean the performance is similar?

Where I come from there's no market for high performance RAM like MUshkin, CRucial, Mosel VItalic and the rest due to the prohibitive price. What I can find here are Hyundai, Kingston , Apacer and some no name brands.

Speaking of which, the single stick double bank 256MB KIngston RAM I have seems to have some problem. When I run Burnintest 2.0 from Passmark to stress the RAM at 100%, there are random errors of unable to verify data.

What does this mean?
