PVC might be kind of heavy. If you're mounting it to the window plastic, it may be too much stress (speaking from experience).

i was doing some more looking and that stuff is 1/8" think, not sure what it weighs, but 8" of it or so with a 3.5" OD will probably weigh a good amount and you need to buy 6-8ft of it
