SCSI Drives faster with DDR500 Memory

I got my memory to DDR500 levels at Cas3-4-4-4-8. I cant run anygames. But I can benchmark ok. I have noticed that my scsi drives scream bloody murder at this speed. Keep in mind that is at a 1:1 ratio.

So I am curious, it is obviously not related to the CPU FSB which is only at 250FSB. But my memory running at this in a 1:1 ratio changes the dynamics of my system. My scsi drives on boot up wont stop running until they push out everything there is to push out. The grind on them is also louder than normal.

So you guys that have scsi drives and DDR500 levels, what is your experience with this situation? Am I just imagining it or what?

All I know is my very next upgrade will have to be, with out a doubt DDR500 or 533 memory.
