Time for new RAM

Well I have my H20 running as you can see here
http://www.asusboards.com/forums/sho...threadid=53159

I have 1 512 of Crucial 3200 and I wanted to see what this rig can do so I put the Vcore to 1.7, FSB to 250 set a 3:2 divider @ 2.85 running 2.5-4-4-8. Under full load I'm at 37C. I need to get some RAM now and I want OCZ Gold and some expert advice here since it is'nt cheap. Here's the choices I'm considering:

1)3700 2 2x256 packs.
2)3700 1 4x256 pack (more costly the choice 1).
3)4000 2x512.

I'd really like to get 1 512 pack of the 3700 now and 1 latter to help offset the cost alot. Do you think that would work out?
