Upgrading ram from 1GB to 2GB

Should I keep my Corsair TWINX1024-4000PRO 512X2 and get another set.
Or get some of these.

Running 4x512MB's of ram will force your CPU to run 2T CMD rate which does lower performance. If you want the best timings with limited overclocking the pc3200 platinum 2GB kit is good. If you want to overclock more save some money and get either the pc3200 or pc3500 performace 2GB kits

Depends how far you want to push it, but the pc3500 will go a good 10-15Mhz higher in the top end than the pc3200. If you want the super high speed 2GB kit then the pc4000 gold 2GB kit is the one you want. You just have to decide if the looser timings are worth it to hit 260FSB+ with the 2GB kit

You could also check out the Crucial Ballistix. A high percentage of users have been able to get 260+ out of them. I have some on the way. Sierra has some along with a couple others here.
