Question Which voltages an timings for my KHX PC3500?

Hi!
Can someone tell me which voltage should I use for my Kingston Hyperx PC3500 2x512 MB at 400 MHz?
I am asking you, because it should be possible to have 2-3-3-7 timings, but I can use stable only 2.5-3-3-8.
What max. voltage is safe for my memory?

Thank you and sorry for my english.
