I've now tried 2 different sticks of ram to try to boot 133/133/33. I've tried every combination of slots (it seems it will only boot with 2-sided ram placed before 1-sided). What could possibly be wrong? I have a stick of Mosel Vitelic, which works fine at 133/133/33 when in there all by itself. When I add another stick (I've tried a stick of Kingmax PC150 and now a stick of Infineon PC133), it refuses to boot at 133/133/33. It will only boot at 133/100/33. I am running the 1003 bios. Any clues?

How are you setting up your ram in the bios? 2/2/2 5/7, 3/3/3 7/9 etc.?

I've tried both settings at 2/2/2 and 3/3/3. It5 just gives me one long beep and then boots into safe mode and says that there was a problem with the memory. Frustrating.

You say it will boot with the Mosel alone. Will it boot with either the Kingsmax or Infineon alone?

I reflashed to 1006 and still the same. o be honest, I haven't tried with just the Infineon. :o I'll give that a try and see if it is ram specific.
