Which Would Be Better

I am currently running my memory (PC3200) with the 5:4 ratio and at 2-3-3-6 (see specs)
Would I gain much if I were to use PC4000 with the 1:1 ratio and the timings set to 2.5-4-4-7

Do the timings make that much of a difference or not.

running the pc4000 with better performance would depend if and how much OC you do. pc4000 gives better performance on a P4 2.4 OC to 3.4 than it does on a 3.0 OC to 3.6. pc 3500 or 3700 is better on a 3.0+
