| AP3800C and sr770 Finisher undefined Hi I am having a bit of difficulties and wondered if anyone could help. I have a Ricoh AP3800C Printer with a sr770 finisher (sorter). I am getting an error code saying that a cover on the sr770 isn't closed. I have cleaned the contacts / magnets thinking that this is the error .. but to no avail. Has anyone else come across this error and found a remedy ? I want to save myself a few bucks by not calling in the Richoh techs. Any suggestions are appreciated. Take care. Andrew |
