Danger in using the following?

I've determined that my PC consumes about 255 watts while gaming. Is it harmful to use a UPS that has a max capacity of 210 watts?

Also, does the watt output also apply to the surge-only protection outlets or just the surge+battery outlets?

Re: Danger in using the following?

I doubt you will experience any hardware damage, but you may lose your current work -- the chief reason for UPS.

I suggest that you open a typical application, begin a new test document, and pull the plug into the UPS. Then see if you have plenty of time to close the document, save it, and shut down.

Before doing this, I also suggest you wait for a few more comments. Perhaps I am missing a reason not to run this test.

Re: Danger in using the following?

JBNimble's suggestion sounds like a good practical test. Also, most UPS have an overload warning. If yours does and the warning is not triggered, I think you are OK.
