MP3 player suggestions wanted

My old Creative Zen Touch has bit the dust. I had to reset it 5 times in the last week. That and the fact the Zen Touch is Vista- phobic. I am needing a new player.

I have spent the last 3+ hours looking, reading, pulling whats left of my hair out. My dilema is I have no interest in the " video playing, wifi, game playing, pay for songs deals or whatever " that comes with most of the newer players. I just want a player that plays music. I had a 20 gig Zen and it was a little small and would consider going bigger.

Do all of these " options " need to be running? Can you " disable " them?

Sorry for the " stupid questions " but I am more confused than I was when I started looking.

As always any and all suggestions are welcome.

You can turn off the wireless on the Zune. I haven't used mine for games or anything much but music. I put on a few pictures of the grandkids just to see how it worked and what it looked like.

I do like the FM radio on the Zune. It's great for the audio feed at the gym if you watch tv while you work out.

Thanks for the info on the Zune. Last week Newegg had a one day special on the 120gig version for $199.00. Of course I did not need one then!
