Can no longer download and install PowerDVD 6!!!

Hi

I just did my nearly yearly reformat and reinstall of Windows XP SP3. I installed the software for my X-Fi. I discovered that PowerDVD would not install [check out the attachments]. Is there anyway around this besides using an ancient version of WinDVD?

One of two things are happening. Either their server was at capacity or you have hit a preset limit on how many times you can download PowerDVD 6. I would guess the latter. Have you tried contacting Cyberlink to see if they can reset the download counter?

I think i have hit the download limit. The download link came with the sound card and it is now dead...I am not sure who to contact: Creative or Cyberlink for this???

I managed to get in contact with Creative. I guess they reset the counter for PowerDVD...
