Radeon X800XT VIVO + Playstation 2

I'm pretty sure that there's some way to use my PS2 through my graphics card. I just don't know how.

Any help would be much appreciated.

general_koffi, are you trying to set up your computer to import video from the PS2 so you can play on a monitor?

It has a DVI port, which I understand stands for Digital Video Input.

DVI is Digital Video Interface, it's not an input, only an output. You can only run your PS2 through your graphics card if your card has VIVO, Video in / Video Out, which would accept a composite or S-Video signal.

It does have VIVO. VIVO is advertized all over the box. Yes, I could do it with a TV Tuner or AIW card but I don't have one you see.

I've tried and I still can't figure out how to connect the thing. It's got an adapter which can allegedly make the DVI port receive S-Video, but where I go from there...

Viewsonic has a product that allows you to play PS2/XBOX on monitors.

If it's a VIVO then the video composite from the PS2 simply goes to the vid card (should have a dongle) and the audio to the sound card (adapter). You play through the MultiMedia Centre (MMC) ?
