Question Turtle Beach Santa Cruz + ASUSP4C800 question...

I have a question to people using Turtle Beach Santa Cruz on ASUSP4C800 mobo and HT enabled PC (ACPI Multiprocessor PC in device manager) is SantaCruz stable? (because my SB Live! sux on HT enabled PC and I wanna buy Santa Cruz if it doesn't have that issue with multiprocessor PCs). People Having Santa Cruz installed on ASUS P4C800 mobo please respond!
P.S. Driver writers of Creative Sux!

I'm using the Santa Cruz with a P4C800-E Deluxe and a 2.8C processor with hyperthreading enabled and it's completely stable.
