| Please Help! Weird Video Capture Problem. Video Card: PowerColour 9250 VIVO (ATI Radeon 9250 Chipset) M/B: Gigabyte - 8IPE1000-G I have a system I built for a friend who needs to capture shots with a small pencil shaped camera. The camera has it's own p/s and has a video composite (PAL) output with RCA plug. When I plug the cam into the video card input on the computer I get a really weird picture. The pic looks like the bottom 1/4 has been cut off and placed up the top of the screen with a black horizontal line dividing the larger part of the pic and the top peice. There is also an issue with the colour. When you introduce more colour to the cam the picture has fine wavy diagonal lines and the colour looks terrible! When I change the video card settings to another PAL type (either PAL B, D, H, I, M, N, or 60 - it doesn't matter which one), the picture comes good. The problem is that when the computer is rebooted, the picture reverts back to being bad again until the PAL type is changed again. What is going on here? It's got me!
