Access 2003 Problem

This one was strange,

At work there is a database that I access daily on a shared network drive for the company. It opens in access 2003, but for some reason the password that unmasks it does not work. I have the correct password and I've used it the password on other PC's in our network. Any ideas?

I believe for some reason the pswrd your typing is either being encrypted or it is sending corrupt data or the person who controls the Access database has elected to not allow acces from your PCs ip address. I would do some investiagtion and see which one it is. The last is more likely if you can access from other pcs on the net. It could be by error of ommision when they created or added an new entry in the PSWD allow list. They may elect to replace the entire permission data list rather than add an entry because it is dynamic and online they may do it after hours.
