Interesting. I have not used the disk cleaning feature myself. I can attest everything else works. Hope they get your problem resolved.

FWIW - In the interim you can use CCleaner to wipe your disks - that works!

I suspect that it may not installed correctly. So far they have no clue what the problem is possibly due to language understanding.
