| Anyone use Passmark PerformanceTest I have used PerformanceTest for many years as a way to gauge system performance. System to system and possible upgrade performance improvements. Sure its a synthetic bench tool but it is very useful IMO. The down loadable baseline file system is second to none. I just can't see why more people do not use it. If more PC review sites used PerformanceTest we could easily see a much more complete review without taking up to much more of the reviewers time. Passmark has just released version 7. It adds many new features including Dx10 tests. Passmark has opened up the demo in version 7 to be fully functional. Give it a shot and let me know what you think. $24 is one hell of a price for what you get IMO. PassMark PerformanceTest - PC benchmark software Here a shot of my system getting spanked by a Core i7 system. ![]()
