Question Burning Software

Hi,

Does anyone know of any good Burning software that is good? I use Nero but I find it is bundled with lots of stuff that I don't need.

Any suggestions would be good.

Thanks,
Wizkid

Re: Buring Software

I use Nero 7, but when I install it I choose "custom install" and deselect everything other than Nero Burning ROM. After the installation is complete I turn off "Nero Scout," which gets installed with the Burning ROM program. The result is an excellent burning program with no crapware. The only downside is that the cost reflects all of the other stuff that I don't install.

Regards,

Re: Buring Software

You might want to look at Ashampoo Burning Studio. It's inexpensive and doesn't come burdened with a lot of apps you wouldn't use.
I've been using it since version 6, I currently use version 7 and I see that they are now up to version 8.

By the way, they offer version 6 as a free download and it may be all you need.

Re: Buring Software

Hi,

Thanks for your replies.

I have tried to use Ashampoo Burning Suite 6 but I kept getting errors when trying to make or copy a disk, this is the same with another disk drive as well. Has anyone else had this problem?

Can you let me know,

Thanks,
Wizkid
