tabbed browsing should be enabled by default...I can use it by either holding down ctl and selecting a new tab or by right-click menu after selecting current tab.....favorites = "View/Sidebar/Bookmarks" in browser menu...is that what you mean FB?

FB-

For your IE bookmarks, it should be under Bookmarks > Imported IE Favorites.
For your Tabs, there are a couple different ways to use them.
You can go under View > Toolbars > Customize and add a New Tab button on your main Toolbar.
You can go to Tab > New Tab
You can right click on links and such and - Open Link in New Tab.

Hope it helps!

Edit: You can go Bookmarks > Manage Bookmarks
Inside the Bookmark Manager - File>Import

dread, that doesn't work, i tried it already.

i like the way the tabs worked in myie2, they auto open links in tabs when you click on a link

i can use the gecko engine with myie2, so maybe i will try that out.

I have FireBird/FireFox set that way. It's in the options. You right click on a link.
