| Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 Kaspersky has just released the latest version of their anti-virus software--Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009...I've been using it for the past few months and it works flawlessly...best version to date lower resource usage, redesigned interface, there are some advanced settings that require you to dig deep into the settings to configure properly but other then that it is very user friendly...I also believe that the new version no longer uses ADS tagging which was a source of concern for a lot of users with previous versions...that along with one of the highest virus detection rates in the business makes Kaspersky the best commercial anti-virus products out Antivirus Software: Kaspersky Lab - Protection Against Malware and Cybercrime also make sure to use the Kaspersky uninstall utility to completely uninstall any previous version of Kaspersky you have currently installed on your system...using Add/Remove Programs will not remove the program completely...use the un-install utility in Safe Mode Knowledge base of the Kaspersky Lab
