| I know this is probobly the wrong place for this question............... but what the hell. I stumbled acrossed a old version of Office 97(pro)and was wondering if there is an update for this program out there that does not include a ton of money. Been to the Microsoft page but did not find anything that helped. Not a dyer need for this,just want to know if anyone can help. Thanks Darkstar

| Make sure to get Office 97 updated to SR-2 patch (also, found on the link that tomp provided). |

| That one you'll probably have to buy. Because Office XP is the current suite you may be able to find a closeout deal at some locations. I don't know if there is an upgrade path form Office 97 to Office XP directly. You might try Woodys Office Watch for specific Office info. HTH
