CopyLock -
CopyLock is a small program that allows replacing, moving, renaming or deleting one or many files which are currently in use (e.g. system files like comctl32.dll, or virus/trojan files.)
If you've ever had a file or folder on your Windows XP system that you can't delete (I know you have ) this is the program!

Grisofts AVG

MyIE2 (if Mozilla had some of the features of MyIE2, then I'd like it).

Couple things I've looked for but not found:

Freeware tool that allows you to hibernate your pc from the command line (or batch file).

Freeware tool that makes Win2k look like XP (Window blinds didn't do it for me). I like XP's L&F and the alpha blending on Icon text backgrounds, as for the rest of the OS, oh well...

No, I don't need a command line enhancement tool, just a program that'll hibernate the machine that has a command line interface...the 'shutdown' command in XP only does shutdown, not a hibernate or standby.
