| Image Resizer - Vista Is there an Image Resizer in Vista? Or one available from MS? XP had an Image Resizer. Very simple. Does Vista have a similiar one? |

| MS Office Picture Manager will do it. I would get Paint.NET (free and super photo editor along the lines of Photoshop).
