McAfee virus Scan 2004 vs 2005 ? benefits ?

Anyone here know if there will be a difference between the two. Is one supposed to catch virii better than the other ? I ask because now I have to make a decision to either upgrade from 2004 to 2005 McAfee Virus Scan($29.99 after $20.00 rebate) or just update the def files on the 2004 version (which is only $19.00)

footnote - I don't plan on changing my Virus scan company so guys please dont' start slamming McAfee over your personal choice.

Maybe wait for a bigger rebate which you may not get? I'm sure that one will come out so that you'll pay $0 for an upgrade.
