forum creating software...?

Hi all.

I have a product coming to market soon and am thinking about dealing with product issues through a forum on my website.
Is there a freeware or purchased software program that anyone has used that is relatively straight forward and easy for the nOOb adminstrator to use and interact with?

Thanks so much for your suggestions
Regards

Re: forum creating software...?

I'd recommend also checking out Simple Machines: Home of SMF: Free PHP and MySQL forum software. Very easy to use, and provides good results in my experience. I use it in conjunction with site-hosting at Lunarpages, Web Hosting Services, Affordable & Reliable | Lunarpages.com (very inexpensive and very good), which allows me to set up a Simple Machines forum at no extra cost.

Regards,
