Thanks KT.

I think I remember restoring attributes at a private shrine inside an Ancestorial Burial Cavern somewhere. I think the one south of Pelegard. So many things in Morrowind. I wish I could remember them all.

Thanks Traveler and KT. I do think I tried Exclusive Restore Endurance, but don't remember for sure. When I get time to play again, I'll certainly try the shrine idea. I think it happened when I fought something at Red Mountain somewhere. Knocked down 3 or 4 attributes, and all the rest recovered nicely with potions. Not Endurance though. I love this thread.

It's cool having more people in here that are playing.

I'm trying to unite all the houses/tribes now. I just had to get the wife for that idiot at the one camp.....what a pain in the ****! I hate the "travel together" quests.

It's lucky I had made a spell EARLY on in the game for long water walking and didn't realize then that there were three types (self/touch/target) and I accidentally got the water walking on "touch" instead of self so I was able to give her 3 min. of water walking to follow me across water.

*geesh* What a pain!

3 tribes down, one to go, and still all the houses to go. From the guide it looks like the houses will be a pain...make me run all over the island to see people for each house.

Sounds like things are gettin' good KT !!!

You should have let her swim after you! I did!

BTW did you get to GhostGate yet? My first trip to GhostGate was a quest to escort a pilgrim to the GhostGate shrine.

Nope....I've still never been to GhostGate. Actually right now is the first time I've been much on the East side of Morrowind (other than Sadrith Mora).

I went up to Solstheim for the special goodies in the tree stump outside Thirsk. That was a fun place to go. Mostly small rolling hills and very easy to travel (the snow didn't seem to hurt me....and I spent so much time getting frost guard robe and such). The monsters there are generally slightly more challenging too. You get this raiders all over the place that a bit more than your average Katgouri!

I did find an ice cave called Bjorn up there that was pretty darn tough...I had to save and it took me about 7 restores before I made it through...there are these "ice hags" or something like that. They are powerful wizard chicks.....well first time I walked into a room with about 6 of them. They are all throwing fire/ice/shock balls at me, summoning creatures (bonewalkers) so the score is now like 12 to 1 and I'm right in the middle. I finally had to just peep enough to the edge to draw them out one by one.

But the goodies in that tree stump in Solstheim are worth the trip. 5 ebony arrows of slaying.....each takes 5000 Health Points, so basically one shot can kill anybody/anything. A bear helmet which is just as good as my indoril helmet was (in armour rating...actually a few points better I think) and gives me animal detection 150ft, constant effect.

Anyway....got to get to work. Keep on Morrowinding!

Oh man...I wish you had a webcam hooked up to turn on so that I could watch or something. Oooh....I wish I could see.

I imagine I'll be there pretty soon.....it would be a whole lot sooner if I wasn't in the middle of a delivery deadline at work. I'll be doing long days probably every day for the next week or two. Probably won't get much play time in.

Live it up while you can! It's nice to see you can "appreciate" that freedom.

Most don't see it at that age. But you sure see it when the "little things" (like toilet paper) don't just "appear", but have to be bought with hard earned money!

Nope, I just got started, confronted him in one area, he disappeared, move on to the next, and he killed me. Then some visitors arrived (real life) and I had to quit for the evening. I'll get him tonight though. Or at least if I get to play. I believe my wife may have other ideas for the evening.
