I've decided to take off from Eve for a while longer. It will be about another 4 weeks before I can get back into the swing of things. I hope things will start to cool down before long. Working 6 days a week in overtime and no days off takes a toll on a person. That and eve game issues made me decide to limit online gaming for a while. I'll be back on this weekend.. probably sat evening and sunday.

The ABX corp folded a while ago. A couple of us wanted to try alliance space. The rest have forged a little kingdom in a .4 system.

I initiated hostilites on a noob in a kestrel today. I completely forgot about the agression timer (way too used to 0.0) and warped my manticore to the station. Nice trade-manticore for a kestrel.

I haven't posted in forever, but I'm the same Bridaddy thats been folding since '04 for good ole 1714..

Anyways, I had a question regarding gaming and two monitors, and I think this is the place to ask. I have two accounts in a game called Eve, I'm sure some of you have heard about it (espically after seeing the sticky). I currently have two monitors (20.1 LCD), trying to run an account on each, but performance isn't where I'd like. Its playable, just isn't smooth.

About me - I'm going to celebrate it in the restaurant with my husband, just from 31 of December, and after that we'll go to the booked hotel lux room.. What about you?

EVE Online to get huge expansion

The new expansion is currently untitled but will be adding in a slew of new features and updates, including Tech 3 modular ship designs, new branching mission structures and the ability to travel into uncharted space via unstable wormholes. The whole expansion will be focused on exploration according to Eurogamer, allowing players to use new skills and modules to explore all new areas.

The expansion will also add new space phenomena, resources and items which will build towards the new Tech 3 technology level.

As part of an effort to bring new players to the game too, CCP will be publishing EVE Online in a new boxed retail copy that will include all previous expansions. The boxed edition is going to be published by Atari...
