Re: Official Eve-Online ABX Corp thread

I won't online this evening guys. I was diagnosed with SCD (sudden cardiac arrest) and tachycardia. The cardiologist is sending me over to the sleep institute to get evaluated for sleep apnea... to see if it a possible cause. Next tues, i'm going to another cardiologist to check my nerves around the heart... electrical problems, etc..

cheers

Sorry to hear this bud, please keep us current on this, you know we care and wish you a good outcome. The good news is they have a diagnosis and are moving forward to establish a protocol for dealing with it. You will be missed in Ignoitton while you sort this out, but we'll save you a few nubs! Keep your head up man, i'm sure Skully's got some of his famous Stardust on it's way as well.

I just got back from the sleep institute.. it was a total failure. It was like the Bates Motel. I couldn't get to sleep. The bed was too hard and way too many wires. I see the internist doctor tomorrow. Next Tuesday I will see the other cardiologist to find out what the electrical problem is... cya all soon.

cheers

yeah. lets look at this...worry about what's going on. sleep chamber out of a sci-fi movie with a slab of granite to rest on, more wires than "Pinhead" in the Hellraiser movie...what's not to love? I wonder how they get anyone to test?
Good to see that they are moving forward on this though, they have a lot of avenues to cover...keep your eyes forward and stick with it, not the same without your logon and first question.."anything going on in Igno?"

Just got back from the electro cardiologist and was told that I have SVT (super ventricular tachycardia).

Re: Official Eve-Online ABX Corp thread

Read a bit on SVT, and while not something to embrace, it does seem like a better diagnosis than some of the other possibilities. Hopefully the docs will work out a protocol for dealing with it that will not disrupt your life more than necessary, though it looks like your beloved caffeine may be a casualty. Believe me I sympathize on the caffeine thing, I've been reduced to hi test in the AM only and DeCaf at night and I used to drink more than an entire nightshift of flight controllers every day. Keep us posted on your progress, you'll find a way....:xicon_thumleft:
