Just dropped into WoW for the first time in 2-3 weeks...have been so involved with Guild Wars that I just have not kept up...hard to serve two mistresses! My guild hasn't booted me(yet!) so I guess all is well, lol!

You play on the lightbringer server don;t you? My character is Alliee look me up sometime and we'll do some killing. How do you spell you characters name again, I know it is some variation of wingit.

Wyngyt is my Gnomish Mage...killing is always a relaxing way to end the day, will put you in "friends" and look for you on lightbringer

I need some advice. I am a lvl 23 mage and am just about done with Redridge. I only have to kill the Elite Champions. I have read and heard two differing theories on where to go next. My thought was duskwood, but a few others have suggested the Wetlands. What do you guys think?

yeah i would go to wetlands and kill some murlocs at 23 and stay there until about 25, then go to the cemtary in duskwood and kill those things until about 28/29. Then go to Dun Modr in the north of wetlands and do kill those dwarf elites. They are good to about 32. I can give you any more advice because i am using this guide at the moment as i am only 30.

I went to the Wetlands and have been doing a fair amount of killing. I don;t particularly care for the Wetlans though, everywhere I need to go I have to run a considerable distance to. Rather annoying to have to run for 5 minues to kill something and run 5 minutes back to complete. But I like that there is lots to kill.

QUick note to all the guys out there.....

My character is a girl and pretty one at that. Every time I get in a pickup group I get hit on and flirted with until I tell them I am a man. Tonight I decided what would happen if I told them I was a woman. Honestly, I was disgusted. The flirting and comments got worse. It slowed a bit when I told them i had a kid and but it picked up again later. It was not a pleasant experience.

I always wondered why there were not more women playing games. i might be wrong but I think this has something to do with it.

yes ... wetlands is a good place for herbs .... primarily ... liferoot, grave moss, briarthorn, kingsblood ....

it seems most people here are on the US servers and version of the game. Is there anyone with the EU version of the game and if so which server are you on and what are your charecters names

I was wondering if any one had checked it out its called (Armageddon v1.4.2),a friend told me about it and where I could download it but I didnt know if any one was running a private server yet but if you run it alone your stuck running around by your self (sucks) unless you have friends that want to connect to your server thats has the emu running,Its also is pritty buggie and quite a pain to set up,also cheracters usually cant go up to lev 255 and learn power ranks they havent made update patches for so you get errs all over if you learn them "tested" lol so Ive heard.so if youve tried it post here.The emu is pritty new and they are currently working on fixes/ btw I have a legal puchased copy and a paid subscription to wow but the wow emu is exciting especially when you think about when the game is over and done with,whos gonna run a server?ya buy a $50 game and no one is runnin one after so many years? if you think about it emus are a good thing,any one still running Ragnarok? very few and alot of people still love it but the servers they do have running the client, its just is not worth paying the same price per month for ,I dont play RO but a few of my friends like it so post your thoughts here about the wowemu

oh and one more thing.

Small patch released during this weeks maintenance. I believe it basically assists Apple Mac users. None the less you will be updated when you next log on.

Help Needed.

I am at lvl 33 and have finished most, if not all, the quests in the wetlands and Duskwood. I am confused as to where I should go next. I thought about hillsbrad or desolace. What do you guys think?

Well for one you have the Arathi Highlands. Thats just north of the Wetlands. There is also the place just south of Duskwood. I cant recall its name... I just started poking around there with my lvl 35 Hunter.

Have you done all the areas around IronForge? There is Gnomeregan. Which is good at level 30ish.

My hunters name is Malzar if you wana hit me up for some questing.
