| Re: Remember Max Payne...? Sorry but the idea of having Fallen Angel's aka Demons in this movie doesn't cut it for me. Max Payne, and it's sequal were never had Fall Angels aka Demons in the game. This is going to turn out like the other videogames that have been adapted to movies, and that is, it will be a turkey, most likely.

| Re: Remember Max Payne...? Max Payne was one of the best TPS ever. The story--one of corruption at all levels of society--was fine the way it was. The only thing in the trailer I recognized from the game was the name of the main character and some slow motion shooting. Making a guess, they are trying to come up with a "human killing machine & special effects" film--perhaps along the lines of Ultraviolet or something--and there is no need to do so. |

| the trailer actually looks pretty decent...as far as the cast: 'Marky' Mark Wahlberg aka former boy bander as Max Payne?...he can be a good actor with the right role (The Departed)

| Re: Remember Max Payne...? yes! and the bullet mode wasn't done well at all. And there were barely 1 or 2 instances of it. The matrix series was far superior. For a game that's based on slow mo effects and fighting sequences, the movie adaptation was remarkably bland. aaah. i wanna play it too now. lol. bullet time! Ah! The sudden doppler change in sound as you enter bullet mode and bullets slowly whizzing by your ears. Picture perfect!

| Re: Remember Max Payne...? Yah, all that was good and the visuals were also stunning... also had a gripping storyline and plot ... which made it a game for the more sophisticated gamer... heh
