But note that Maico said that we had "100 different members post," not "100 different member posts." Skully alone has made 238 posts in the past month!

Well like I mentioned once my old forum hit about 25 active members we could at least have some decent conversations. When we got to a hundred I was ecstatic. That's why I'm optimistic about our future. We're going to make some changes and at some point, we'll mass email every single inactive member who say...had more than 50 posts or whatever. This will be in the tens of thousands. I can tell you that this will at least pull a bunch in for a look. By then we'll have our hair all combed and our teeth brushed and new shirt & pants. ctal will be playing violin & Ozzie will have a dozen bright red roses. All will be good.

The talent that was once here is gone.

Also, the net has changed alot in the last few years with many more "things" to do than in the past.

Challenges...my specialty. Took over a site for Crowdgather in Feb, and this was for a very small niche interest group. Just passed 250 new member INTRODUCTIONS since I went aboard and for every new member that takes the time to do an intro there are a bunch that don't bother. Thanks Yamaho for checking in, I hope you found a thread worthy of comment (other than this one), if not...check back in a month or two. Not sure about talent but we have some great personalities here...and that has to account for something.
