Schneider-Weisse is very good, but stay away from that last gulp. I've also tried the similar but inferior Hacker-Pschorr Hefe Weisse and Paulaner Hefe-Weisbier.

If you're feeling really adventurous try "Aventinus" by the same company that makes Schneider-Weisse (G. Schneider & Sohn). But watch out - it's an 8% Doppelbock!
