| Actually for me it's good. I was hospitalized for a Small Bowel Obstruction - believe me that is no fun. Every now and then - I need the Metamusil. On normal days, I'm a "Bud" man.  Quote:

| I would make the "every few weeks" at least once a week. It may save you a bunch of grief later on. With fresh OJ - it'll keep you clean and healthy.  I mainly drink JW Black over crushed ice in a tall glass. On Sundays, some Remy in a sniffer, and a fine cigar. Quote:
