When I wake up in the morning, I usually swiftly make my way out to smoke a cigarette. The thing is, I have to have something liquid when I smoke my first cig of the day, and water just doesn't do it. So sometimes, just sometimes, when I'm out of coffee, OJ, soda... I'll just grab a freakin beer. My girlfriend (still half asleep) will then see me walk back in from Outside with a beer in my hand at 6:30 AM. Now THAT, she doesn't like.

Yeah I make the cigarette run myself since I can't smoke in the house. I sure do miss smoking in bed sometimes. Thing is with me if I haven't been carrying on the night before and I drink a beer early, I'm probably going to have another and so on, so I just don't do it. If I am already totally twisted anyway, then one stiff drink early is all I want. Bloody marys are perfect. That is very rare though and last Sat night was definitely one of those rarities. Took me about 2 days to recover

I just met this girl though so I can kinda understand. Heh, this one is somewhat of a challenge (another rarity) she just might get me wrapped while I'm thinking I'm so slick

Heh I know what you mean bro. My g/f quit smoking while we were together so that has been pretty rough. I try to only smoke at work, but damn... Nicotine "is a hell of a drug"

I've been trying to quit with the gum, but it sux, and tastes nasty! "Fruit Chill"... yeah right!

Oh and by the way... I'm drinking:

This may sound terrible, but thank god mine smokes. Non-smokers are bad enough, but ex smokers are the worst. I know when I'm downing some frosties there is going to be a few cigs with it (at least

Well she was never a hardcore smoker like me in the first place. She quit smoking, but she doesn't have that "I'm a non-smoker" attitude that drives me NUTS. I can't deal with people like that.

There are three kinds of people in this world. Smokers, people who don't smoke, and non-smokers. Non-smokers are part of this whole BS Politically Correct movement which I think is the most retarded concept humanity has ever come up with... well maybe not the "most" but its right up there!

PC is similar to the famous "Ostrich" technique. When an Ostrich senses danger, what does it do? Stick its head in the ground so that, if it can't see the problem, the problem doesn't exist. As far as PC is concerned, it is basically renaming a social issue into something that doesn't sound like an issue, and expects the core of the issue to be solved. It's ridiculous.

It's taken me a long time to paint my lungs black, have some respect for my artwork!!!

Who could resist the cute little bat lol. Unfortunately I only have/had about 1/2 pint but a couple rum and cokes in the AC playing F.E.A.R. beats the hell out of working out in the heat.
