| It's a Hispanic thing... you already know what chorizo is: this should give you an idea of what Ceviche (Seviche) is... Originally it was a Peruvian dish, or so I hear: I put it on my eggs like salsa!  Sort of Hispanic Sushi... Awesome on bread, too!
