Fritz Lang's Metropolis.

This is on the Kino on Video DVD edition. Very good interesting pulp fiction movie. It is a silent movie from Germany made in 1927. I couldn't believe it but the movie was 124 minutes long! This reproduction even has the Gottfried Huppertz orchestral score on it. Very good with social impact of the brains and the brawn against each other with the need for a mediator. If you liked philosophical implications in the Matrix then you should take time to see this movie.

You are correct, Return of the King (final movie) starts Dec. 18 (if I remember date correctly).

The weeks before it comes out they will be playing the "extended edition" of the first two movies again in theaters.

Thats cool. I'm reading J.R.R. Tolkien books now. I'm just about done reading "Fellowship of the Ring". All I can say is WOW. I've been glued to the book since my wife bought me the set for my birthday.

It is very well written. I am going to watch the Fellowship of the Ring DVD again when I'm done. I should notice a lot of things I didn't before.

Make sure you rent or buy the "extended" versions too. They add so much more to the movie. They have about 30 minutes of additional footage, but its little pieces here and there all over the movie that add to its completeness. It really does make a huge difference.

-At Village Cinemas- http://www.warner.gr
Legally Blond -quite good
Hollywood Homicide -good
Bad boys 2 -good and funny
The league of extraordinary gentlemen -not so good really(even if I like much Sean Connery)

Next will definetely be "Spy Kids 3D:Game Over"(cause of 3D)and "The Italian job" -hope both go good.

Ohh,best DVD so far is "Impostor"

It has been awhile since I watched that one. Good movie. I never cared for the soundtrack, though. In the past, I have played Mahler's 9th symphony as the "soundtrack" and it actually "works" quite well.
