Can I Do That

Hi There
Windows NT can not be installed on my PC and i wanna setup The Visual Studio .NET and as u know it must be installed on a Win NT , XP Professional , 2000
I have win98, what i can do to install visual studio.NET on win98
is there any software to allow me to do ?
is there any software to simulate the NT technology !!!!

You are asking a good question. I am personally unaware of anything that will let you do this without some install of an NT based OS. Even a "virtual machine" would require some kind of NT install. The underlying technology is quite different between the OSes and thus would likely not be possible to do. Question - why can't you install something like XP?

You will not be able to run a virtual machine (e.g. VMware workstation) on windows 98. The same requirements count there (NT+ SP6a).

So your best best would be to upgrade to XP or 2k!!
