| IE 5.0 & 5.5 question I'm not sure if this belongs in this section but I don't where else to post it. Ok, let's see if I can describe this. I reformated my pc tonight (that time!) and I installed win98SE with no problems. On the CD, IE 5.0 is the version of the browser, so, I went online and downloaded IE 5.5. Now, here's the tricky part. In windows explorer, when viewing the left pane...if i highlight, for example, Program Files, then click on the little plus sign next to it and open it, then select a subfolder and highlight that folder, i have a weird thing happening when i go and close the folder Program Files using the plus sign. It takes me two clicks to close it, by that I mean, if i try to close it, it goes back to highlight the subfolder I had selected and won't close anything. But if i click on the plus sign again, then it does it. This is only happening after i've upgraded to IE 5.5. I'm not sure if i've explain this for anyone to understand. If you did and seen this before let me know how to stop it. IT'S DRIVING ME NUTS:eek:

| Nevermind, just found out its a problem that's unresolved in win98SE. Fixed in win2k and ME. Where's that thread to smear Gates's face:eek:
