| shadows I’m playing with win 98 and found this wallpaper, but it left shadows on the icons. After I installed it is there a way get them off. In win98

| I am assuming you are talking about the color around the text. If so, right click on the desktop-->click properties-->click the desktop tab. If I remember right, there should be something in the lower right corner that allows you to change the color. I know that's where it is in XP but I think all Win OSs have it in the same spot. |

| I think that is what happens when you have Active Desktop enabled. Turn that off in Display Properties and the shadows should go. :wave2: |

| close but, that will change the color. I'm trying to get rid of the shadows all together like in xp
