Temp Internet Folder

Any one know what this is? I cleaned my temp internet folder and this is still there along with a few more with simmalar names.(Class3CodeSigningCA2001.crl)

Scroll down the page to "File Analyses" on the link below.
You will see it listed. Seems to indicate it's possibly a trojan.
You should be able to safely delete anything in the temp internet folder.

I deleted the files. Windows said the were system files and some programs or windows may not run. Every thing seems to be OK. I ran adware,spybot hijackthis and AVG virus scanner. None of them found anything. I went to windows update site and they installed again. Is this a problem?

I haven't been able to find much, but check the articles linked in this thread

I can't imagine system files being installed in the temp internet folder. (??)

I think I know where the files are comeing from. I have Norton System Works installed. When I went to do web system scan, It said it needed to download an Active X file. It had the same name,
